Zeit AI is hiring a Marketing and Growth Manager in Munich to own inbound marketing, brand, content, SEO, paid search, events, and website performance. The role manages Webflow sites, keywords, landing pages, conversion tracking, Google Ads and LinkedIn campaigns, blog and one-pager writing, brand guidelines, and end-to-end events. Candidates should have 1–3 years of marketing, growth, consulting, or startup experience, familiarity with Webflow, SEO, SEA, and GA4, and fluency in German and English. The position is in-person in Munich, with relocation support within Europe, and includes a referral bonus.
