Description
hansetherm is hiring a right-hand to one of its founders to independently implement initiatives, lead interdisciplinary and operational projects, improve internal processes through automation and AI, and serve as a communication and implementation interface between founders, internal stakeholders, and external partners. The role requires prior experience in a high-performance fast-paced environment, strong analytical and Excel skills, proactive process improvement, and fluent German and English.
