Description

RWKMP® is hiring a Head of Operations to build and improve the company’s coaching-program operations, digital workflows, and AI applications. The role coordinates twelve-month coaching programs, automates processes with Airtable, Make, n8n, Claude, and ChatGPT, improves AI coaches and voicebots, supports live training events in Münster, and develops international or new AI offerings. The position is an unlimited-term role with 1–2 days of home office after coordination, with live-training days in Münster, and offers training, equipment, and other benefits.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Practical experience with Claude and ChatGPT, including setting up an assistant and building or testing initial automations with Make or n8n.
Analytical thinking, implementation capability, understanding of economic relationships, and Excel proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications: A degree in business administration, business informatics, digital business, or a comparable field is a good foundation, although not required.
Ability to manage parallel programs and appointments, meet commitments, and test processes before customers use them.
Ownership, professional communication, early problem reporting, and constructive feedback.
