Description
Ajax is hiring a founding Customer Activation Manager to proactively nurture existing law-firm customers, drive seat expansion, renewals, upsells, and product adoption, and build monitoring tools and product-requirement feedback. The role reports to the co-founder and is based Monday through Friday at Ajax's New York City headquarters, with travel to customers supported. Compensation is $140,000–$180,000 on-target earnings with 80% base and 20% performance bonus, plus equity and benefits.
