Description
This founding engineering role owns the full agent layer of an agentic integration platform, including context engineering, self-learning systems, evaluations, the agent harness, and meta-harness. The engineer will build production systems, self-healing workflows, reusable agent infrastructure, and standards, while helping grow the team and eventually lead people owning agentic systems. The role requires 2 to 9 years of professional software engineering experience, hands-on agentic software experience, TypeScript and LLM expertise, and a startup or founding background. It is an on-site, five-days-per-week position in San Francisco with a salary of $150,000 to $300,000 USD annually and O-1 visa sponsorship available.
