Braintrust is hiring a founding Analytics Engineer to establish its data foundation, define business entities and metrics, build SQL and dbt models, own ingestion pipelines, make storage and orchestration architecture decisions, and create self-serve analytics. The role partners with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing, requires strong SQL, dbt, cloud-warehouse, and pipeline-ownership experience, and includes medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible time off, and equity.
