Description
Braintrust is hiring a founding, hands-on Analytics Engineer to establish its data foundation. The role defines business entities and metrics, designs SQL and dbt models, owns ingestion pipelines from product events, CRM, and other systems, makes storage and orchestration architecture decisions, and builds self-serve analytics. The engineer will partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Marketing, and work directly with executives. The role requires strong SQL, dbt, cloud-warehouse, and orchestrator experience, end-to-end pipeline ownership, and the ability to balance foundational architecture with urgent business needs.
