Finni Health is recruiting a remote Practice Owner to launch and lead an independent ABA practice with operational support. The role involves defining clinical standards, delivering and overseeing ABA therapy, supervising Behavior Technicians, conducting functional behavior assessments, collaborating with families, ensuring evidence-based treatment plans, and training clinical staff. Applicants need a relevant master’s degree, BCBA certification, applicable state licensure, and at least three years of ABA experience. The position offers flexible local or remote client service, a Monday-to-Friday schedule, base earnings plus performance bonuses, and health, dental, and vision insurance.
