Description
RecallAI is hiring a hands-on Controller to own the accounting close, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and accounting infrastructure for its usage-based software business. The role partners with the CFO, Revenue Operations, Sales, Product, Engineering, and external auditors; manages billing, metering, ERP, receivables, payroll, general ledger, deferred revenue, internal controls, audit readiness, and finance systems; and may lead the accounting team as the organization grows. Candidates need 8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a Controller or accounting leadership role, along with experience in usage-based revenue models, ASC 606, billing and ERP systems, month-end close, internal controls, and GAAP accounting.
