Description

The Founding CTO / Technical Co-Founder will join an early-stage AI company building an agentic operating system for enterprise finance. The role owns technical strategy, architecture, and engineering execution, starts hands-on, and evolves into broader engineering leadership as the organization scales. Required capabilities include complex platform and enterprise-systems experience, agentic automation, systems architecture, AI agent production systems, security and auditability, and engineering-team leadership.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Staff/Principal Engineer, Engineering Lead, or Technical Co-Founder background with technical leadership experience
Building complex platforms from 0-to-1 and scaling systems for significant enterprise use
Hands-on experience with enterprise automation, workflow systems, or agentic automation
Building AI agent systems in production, including orchestration, context, guardrails, and stateful workflows
Leading engineering teams and establishing engineering practices
Preferred Qualifications: Experience building technology for enterprise finance, revenue management, or complex financial environments
Knowledge of agentic AI architecture, human-in-the-loop workflows, and exception handling
Designing traceable, verifiable, and auditable automated-decision systems
Exposure to SOC 2, RBAC, data residency, or similar enterprise security requirements
Integrating data across ERP, CRM, and billing platforms
Experience with GCP, DBT, Palantir Foundry, Laravel/PHP, or modern agentic frameworks
Previous experience in an early-stage startup or founding team
Strong academic, engineering, or competitive programming background
