Description
Gridsight is hiring a founding Energy Data Engineer in the UK and Europe to turn AMI, network topology, and asset telemetry into reliable analysis and visualisations for distribution network operators. The role spans pre-sales, pilots, and full deployments; owns end-to-end delivery of technical solutions; works closely with customers and Product; and builds the delivery playbook for the region. It requires strong analytical and data skills, commercial instincts, customer-facing communication, rapid learning in unfamiliar technical territory, and AI-native working practices, with energy-sector exposure and client-outcome experience preferred.
