Description
Percepta is hiring one founding member for a hybrid data-team role that combines data engineering, data science, and ML engineering. The role builds pipelines, models, data packs, ontologies, and AI-ready enterprise data assets; develops internal tooling and agentic systems; and works with customer operators and product or AI engineers to turn high-value use cases into production workflows. The position requires experience across data science, data engineering, or machine learning, strong product instincts, modern AI/ML and LLM systems knowledge, and high ownership and communication skills.
