Description
Concourse is hiring a Product Designer to define and own the foundational design language, tokens, primitives, components, motion, and patterns for its configurable public-sector operating system. The role builds production front-end code, creates flexible design systems for forward-deployed product managers, and solves complex government workflows such as bail management, IT helpdesk, utility operations, and financial aid applications. Candidates need a portfolio, hands-on AI coding-tool experience, at least five years of product design experience including early-stage startup experience, a scalable design system, strong stakeholder communication, and work authorization. The position requires in-person work in Flatiron, New York City five days per week.
