MLabs is hiring a Founding Electrical Engineer to design, prototype, bring up, and debug custom circuit boards and autonomous hardware systems. The role covers electronics architecture, test and measurement systems, root-cause debugging, firmware and control development, and end-to-end subsystem ownership. It requires hands-on hardware engineering experience, benchtop diagnostic skills, strong coding fundamentals, and a bachelor’s or advanced degree in a relevant field. The position is 100% on-site in San Francisco, California, with a base salary of $150,000–$200,000 and founding equity.
