Description
The Founding Engineer will own the AI architecture for autonomous human-AI workforce systems, including multi-step reasoning over graph structures, model, database, and backend integration, vector and graph databases, scalable APIs, LLM deployment, and fine-tuning. The role requires a Computer Science degree or equivalent self-taught knowledge, production backend or AI systems, Python, and experience with LLM APIs, graph or vector databases. Compensation is €50,000 to €70,000 plus up to 8% equity, with the work location in Osnabrück, Lower Saxony.
