Alden is hiring a full-time Founding Engineer in New York City to build core healthcare software, including EHR integrations, intelligent workflows, and voice AI infrastructure. The role owns projects from 0 to 1, develops full-stack features, improves engineering processes, works with customers, and collaborates with the CEO and CTO. Candidates should have strong full-stack programming skills, experience with React, NextJS, Express, and PostgreSQL, and ideally at least three years of software engineering experience. The position offers a $170,000–$200,000+ base salary, equity, fully covered medical, vision, and dental insurance, and unlimited paid time off.
