Clera is hiring a Founding Engineer from the DACH region to join its San Francisco Hackerhouse and help build an AI-driven recruiting platform. The role involves working directly with the CTO and co-founder, shipping features to production daily, and contributing to a fully agentic system that automates the headhunting process. The engineer will use TypeScript, React, Cursor, Supabase, Prisma, Typesense, LLM APIs, and Trigger.dev, with experience in AI and LLM APIs preferred.
