Description
The company is hiring a founding software engineer to build and own the core of an enterprise AI agent platform that automates complex system integrations, data migrations, and ERP implementations. The role covers planning, execution, self-healing, connectors, transformation engines, execution runtimes, web applications, SDKs, and MCP servers, while also establishing engineering standards and working directly with customers. Candidates need at least two years of production software engineering experience, strong TypeScript skills, experience with enterprise systems, and a track record in startups or high-growth environments. The position is on-site in Munich five days per week, with a salary of 90,000 to 150,000 EUR annually and no visa sponsorship.
