Description
The company is hiring its first full-time engineering hire to build AI agent systems and product capabilities for an early-stage insurance technology company. The role owns full-stack development across backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces; partners with leadership on product decisions; designs scalable backend systems for AI workloads; and contributes to platform infrastructure. Candidates need at least three years of full-stack engineering experience, AI agent or similar AI systems experience, strong backend and product engineering skills, and the ability to work independently. The position is hybrid in New York City, with an expectation to work from the office most days, and offers a salary of $150,000 to $190,000 annually plus equity.
