Description
The startup is hiring its first engineering hire to build scalable AI agent infrastructure, including the agent runtime, orchestration, memory, verification, multi-agent workflows, backend, infrastructure, frontend, and agent systems. The role sets technical architecture and engineering standards, ships customer-facing improvements, and requires at least two years of production software experience, LLM or AI agent systems experience, and full-stack capability. It is initially remote within Europe, with relocation to San Francisco expected within the first year, and offers EUR 80,000 to EUR 140,000 annually plus visa sponsorship and relocation support.
