Description
This founding full-stack engineering role at an early-stage AI startup involves building autonomous agents that automate complex industrial processes. The engineer will own end-to-end features, LLM-powered agentic systems, React frontends, Python backends, cloud infrastructure, security, reliability, and data integrity, while shaping product and engineering culture. The role requires at least three years of production full-stack experience, practical LLM-based agent experience, and familiarity with relevant frameworks and enterprise systems; it is based in Berlin, Germany, with five days per week in the office and no visa sponsorship.
