Lightfield is seeking an experienced and versatile engineer to build scalable, high-performance features and systems for their AI-native CRM. The role involves full-stack development, from identifying customer problems to implementing and maintaining solutions, ensuring reliability and performance. The engineer will also contribute to observability, mentorship, and recruiting, working with LLMs and a tech stack including TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, Apollo GraphQL, and PostgreSQL.
