Description
Lingo.dev is seeking a senior, fully remote founding engineer/product builder-type candidate who has previously shipped real products to real users, writes TypeScript fluently, uses AI coding tools daily, and can work during 7–10am San Francisco time. The role is intentionally flexible: the person may own an existing product surface end to end, found a new product line, or bring and validate a new wedge for the company. The company values strong written communication, practical experience over credentials, and is offering compensation aligned to seniority plus equity; the application process includes a founder call, paid project, and one-month paid trial.
