Description
Pascal is hiring a Founding Engineer to build agent-first architectures for AI-native systems serving consumer packaged goods customers. The role covers foundational single- and multi-tenant infrastructure, terabyte-scale data extraction, multi-step memory-intensive agents, production deployments, and shaping the founding team’s culture. It requires at least three years of engineering experience, cross-stack technical design, production debugging, and customer-focused problem solving, with GCP, Terraform, document extraction, search, and customer engagement as bonuses. The position is in-person at Pascal’s New York City office five days per week and offers a $150,000–$250,000 base salary plus equity and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
