Description
The role is an early-stage, high-ownership full-stack AI/ML engineering position at a seed-stage vertical AI startup building autonomous tooling for the global freight and logistics industry. The engineer will own critical product features, evaluate and fine-tune AI capabilities, experiment with production models and agentic techniques, improve complex legacy code, and build infrastructure for heavy data and AI workloads. The position requires practical AI/ML and LLM experience, strong full-stack and Python skills, logistics or freight-forwarding domain knowledge, and 2 to 3 years of professional experience or equivalent. It is on-site in Munich, Germany, with a salary of 60,000 to 90,000 EUR annually and no visa sponsorship.
