Description
Sokra is hiring its first engineer as a founding co-builder to own the technical product from architecture through feature shipping. The role will build an AI-powered adaptive learning engine using LLM agents, RAG pipelines, and adaptive content delivery, develop a full-stack platform with Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and WebSockets, work with schools and teachers, and contribute to technical strategy and company direction. The position requires strong full-stack and AI/ML experience, a relevant degree, and is based in Germany or Berlin with a hybrid setup.
