nuuEnergy is hiring a Founding Engineer - Fullstack (m/w/d) to build end-to-end software for its heating-pump installation business, including databases, APIs, web cockpits, mobile apps, authentication, monitoring, and automation. The role is part of a small product team responsible for concept, build, and operations, with responsibilities covering feature delivery, code reviews, API architecture, technical decision-making, and quality assurance. The position requires production experience with TypeScript, React/Next.js, React Native, SQL and Postgres, API design, and AI coding tools, along with German language skills at least at C1.
