Description
Atomic is hiring an AI Engineer to build and deploy domain-specific AI agents that replace human workflows in live customer environments. The role owns the reasoning layer, embedding AI functionality into systems of record, migrating legacy datasets, creating repeatable AI engineering playbooks, building evaluation infrastructure, and managing AI talent across portfolio companies. The engineer will work directly with customers, use frontier and open models, and be responsible for production-grade AI/LLM harnesses, evaluation, observability, guardrails, and failure handling.
