Gridsight is hiring a Founding Forward Deployed Engineer to build and adopt AI-native software for power engineers and the U.S. go-to-market team. The role embeds with customers, discovers real workflow needs, dogfoods and quality-tests tooling, translates evidence into requirements, builds Python and SQL prototypes and integrations, leads rollout and adoption, and establishes standards and operating discipline. It is a senior, hands-on individual-contributor role requiring product-minded software engineering, power or utility context, modern data and AI workflows, and regular travel to customers and the U.S. team.
