Description
Tamarind is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with scientists, machine-learning teams, and pharmaceutical stakeholders to understand workflows, deploy AI/ML models, and manage pilots from scoping through production. The role covers configuring protein-design, structure-prediction, and docking models; debugging compute, model, and data pipelines; supporting technical demos and sales-cycle deployments; and translating customer feedback into product improvements. The position requires strong engineering fundamentals, preferably Python, experience with AI/ML systems or data pipelines, strong communication skills, and onsite work in San Francisco.
