The Founding Full Stack Engineer will own architecture and implementation across multiple integrated healthcare SaaS products, including data models, AI-driven workflows, enterprise authentication and integrations, CI/CD, testing, and architectural standards. The role requires at least five years of production SaaS experience, strong TypeScript, React, and Node.js proficiency, and experience with multi-tenant applications, enterprise systems, and early-stage engineering leadership. It is a senior, on-site role in San Francisco with a salary of $135,000–$155,000 per year and early-stage equity.
