JETSET Pilates is hiring a Founding General Manager to bring a new studio to life, recruit and develop the founding team, build community awareness, launch operations, drive membership sales, and partner with ownership. After opening, the role transitions to leading ongoing studio operations while continuing to grow membership and support client experience. The position requires at least three years of operations or general management experience, strong sales and analytical skills, entrepreneurial initiative, and availability for travel, extended studio movement, lifting up to 30 pounds, and flexible scheduling.
