Chatbase is hiring a Growth Manager to help businesses discover, try, and become paying customers. The role owns growth experiments from hypothesis through execution and measurement, tracks conversion and acquisition metrics, scales successful initiatives, and partners with product, engineering, content, and sales. Candidates should have a track record of measurable growth, depth in at least one growth channel, strong judgment, resourcefulness, and ownership. The position is in-office five days per week in downtown Toronto and offers early equity.
