Description
Concourse is hiring its first GTM Engineer to build and operate an AI-powered outbound engine for state and local governments. The role develops agents that research, score, and route government prospects; runs and scales outbound campaigns; owns enrichment, CRM, procurement-intelligence pipelines, and follow-up; and systematizes successful account-handling practices. The engineer will work with account executives and sales, marketing, and product teams, measure pipeline and revenue impact, and use AI coding tools and LLM APIs. The position requires in-person work in Flatiron, New York City five days per week.
