Description
Replay is hiring a Founding GTM Engineer to build and own the infrastructure, automations, reporting, CRM integrations, enrichment pipelines, and multi-channel outbound systems that enable AEs and SDRs to source and close leads. The role requires 3–5 years of experience in RevOps, GTM Engineering, Marketing Ops, Sales Systems Engineering, or Growth Engineering, along with SQL, CRM, automation, and testing skills. It is an in-person, five-days-per-week role in Dumbo, with a base salary of $175,000–$235,000 plus equity and full medical, dental, and vision coverage.
