Description
Voize is hiring a Senior Recruiter to build and own its US hiring engine, starting as the first dedicated recruiter for the New York hub. The role will recruit Enterprise Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Solution Engineers; develop sourcing, salary, and full-cycle recruiting processes; manage interviews and logistics; represent the company at industry events; and build a referral pipeline. It requires several years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-scaling SaaS or technology companies, strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills, and a hybrid work arrangement of 3–4 days per week onsite in New York. The base salary is $120,000–$150,000, with medical, dental, vision, disability, life, and retirement benefits.
