Description
Heim is hiring a founding Implementation Lead to build and run its NHS and social care delivery function. The role owns end-to-end software deployments, including mobilisation, governance, discovery, go-live, adoption, risk mitigation, and feedback to product and engineering. It also establishes repeatable implementation playbooks, governance frameworks, and onboarding materials while mentoring future implementation hires. The position requires 4–6 years of complex implementation, deployment, or transformation experience, NHS and social care knowledge, data literacy, and the ability to work in a hybrid role from Shoreditch with travel to partner sites. The salary is £55,000–£70,000, with equity options and a performance-based bonus.
