Wayve is hiring a founding manager to build and lead a self-sufficient Application Engineering team focused on localizing autonomous driving technology for the United States. The role involves hiring and mentoring robotics and machine learning engineers, developing and deploying autonomy features for US road conditions and regulatory environments, collaborating with central autonomy teams and OEM partners, and establishing relationships with product and vehicle operations teams. The position is full-time and based in Sunnyvale, California, or Detroit, with a hybrid work arrangement, and offers a salary range of $336,400 to $381,600 plus equity.
