Odin is hiring an Operations Automation Engineer to automate and streamline deal execution and fund-administration processes for private-market investment firms. The role focuses on building autonomous AI agents, scripts, no-code tools, and other solutions that reduce reliance on spreadsheets and manual work, while also improving customer service and operational efficiency. It requires strong financial-numeracy, first-principles thinking, ownership, and a builder mindset; regulated financial-services experience and SQL or serious Excel experience are beneficial but not required. The position is based in London, requires at least three days per week in the office, and offers £70,000–£90,000 base salary plus equity.
