Description
Arceus is hiring a Founding Operations professional to build and run the operational systems supporting its operations, legal, customer support, and growth teams. The role owns cross-functional processes, service-level tracking, customer experience, legal delivery support, billing, vendors, scheduling, and general office operations. It is an in-person position in San Francisco requiring 2–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or a similar analytical, high-performance environment, with a stated expectation of working 12+ hours per day, six days per week. Compensation is $80,000–$110,000 plus equity and comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage.
