MintMCP is hiring a Recruiting and People Operations Coordinator to own the end-to-end candidate experience and new-hire onboarding. The role combines recruiting coordination, interview scheduling, candidate communication, onboarding, HR operations, and documented processes, with the company providing training for unfamiliar areas. It is a hybrid position in the San Francisco Bay Area and requires 2–4 years of recruiting-coordinator experience, process-building ability, strong organization, and a fast learning pace.
