Gigs is hiring a Founding Operator to establish and run its operations in Spain from scratch. The role owns the end-to-end operational and regulatory launch, including legal entity setup, billing and tax structure, data compliance, carrier and vendor relationships, regulatory approvals, cross-functional coordination, and the creation of a repeatable market playbook. The position requires at least eight years of experience in market expansion, operations, or consulting at a high-growth technology company, direct experience operating across multiple countries or jurisdictions, and fluency in Spanish and English. The stated EU salary range is €130,000–€170,000, with regular time expected in a Gigs hub and occasional travel.
