Description
Lleverage is hiring its first Partner Director to build and scale a partner channel from the ground up. The role owns partner sourcing, onboarding, training, activation, enablement, marketing, and revenue growth; it starts in the Netherlands and expands internationally to the United Kingdom and Germany. The Director will work directly with the founding team, develop the partner motion and materials, and eventually hire and lead a partnerships team. The position requires prior partnership or channel experience, strong relationship and product knowledge, technical familiarity with AI agents, fluency in English and Dutch, and is based in Amsterdam.
