Neuroscale AI is hiring a Founding Performance Marketing Lead to build performance and growth marketing from the ground up. The hands-on individual contributor will own paid acquisition, creative testing, landing pages, funnel instrumentation, attribution, conversion-rate optimization, audience discovery, experimentation, product-led growth, and automation. The role requires 4–8+ years of hands-on performance marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation experience, including managing approximately $50,000–$250,000+ per month in paid media and translating spend into qualified pipeline and revenue.
