Arceus is hiring a Founding Product Engineer to build the core product of its AI-native law firm from the ground up. The role is in-person in San Francisco and involves owning full-stack product features, partnering with attorneys and AI engineers, making architecture and tooling decisions, maintaining production quality, and helping establish engineering culture. Candidates should have 1–3 years of production software experience, strong full-stack ability including TypeScript/React and relational databases, and experience or a project involving AI/LLMs. The position offers a base salary of $140,000–$180,000, equity, health, dental, and vision coverage, and other benefits.
