Description
Cranston is hiring a Product Engineer to build and improve AI-powered accounting back-office workflows for tax preparation, bookkeeping, document collection, review, close, and client operations. The role owns product abstractions, interfaces, workflow states, data models, agent behavior, and customer-facing automations, using AI coding agents to move from product plans to production features. The engineer will work across product, design, engineering, and implementation, test workflows against real or realistic data, and codify repeatable patterns from customer deployments.
