Description
Runlayer is hiring a Founding Product Manager for Agents to own the end-to-end product for building, shipping, and running agents and skills at scale. The role covers natural-language-to-agent workflows, self-improvement, versioning, sharing, event-based triggers, scheduling, model routing, agent delegation, product telemetry, and growth for both technical and non-technical builders. The PM will work directly with the CPO, make product decisions, prioritize with engineers, and serve enterprise customers. The posting requires 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years in developer tools, platform, or builder/automation products, along with founder or early-PM experience, technical product knowledge, and a strong growth mindset.
