New Energy Nexus (NEX) is seeking a Founding Program Manager to launch a groundbreaking global initiative called Installer Voices. This role involves designing and implementing a six-month scoping and design phase across five markets (Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, Nigeria, and Pakistan) to identify, train, and connect micro-installers in the clean energy sector. The successful candidate will develop a strategic blueprint for the initiative, conduct extensive research, coordinate national teams, and engage with various stakeholders to create a credible political voice for installers. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills, with a focus on policy research and campaigning.
