Reflow is hiring a Founding Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical and non-technical roles across the United States, Europe, and Latin America. The role involves end-to-end search management, sourcing senior engineers and other talent, coordinating with hiring managers, assessing candidates, navigating international hiring models, improving recruiting processes, and delivering a strong candidate experience. Candidates should have proven technical recruiting experience, experience hiring for founding engineering positions at an early-stage startup, and strong sourcing and stakeholder-management skills.
