The role partners directly with founders, builds sourcing and hiring systems, represents the company to top-tier candidates, develops talent-community relationships, and establishes scalable recruiting processes. Candidates should have at least five years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting, and demonstrate strong sourcing, communication, closing, and ownership skills.
